Well, your name says it all. Also, how should I know that the devs use a wrong rounding function? The standard number format is a float, so you use Math.fround. Yet the devs use Math.round which turns the number into an integer, that is definitly not my fault :)
It looks like R2 fired English translators and instead started hiring more marketing guys. I can imagine an army of underpaid Chinese people using account "gameguyz" 24 hours a day (Google translate in the background) to make up for all the negative comments they receive. Sadly, no matter the marketing efforts, THAT DOES NOT MAKE THEIR P2WIN GAMES ANY BETTER.
We have implemented an update earlier today for Shadow of Kingdoms that resolved most, if not all, of the language errors in the game. The game is also not as P2W as you imagine. Please give the game another try :D
There are thousands of click/idle games on this site. Hundreds of them are better than this one. Then WHY SHOULD WE PAY REAL MONEY TO PLAY? I'm very interested in hearing what the devs have to say about it <3
Please vote up if you think this can be useful to others (especially kids): I have "fixed the issue" of micropayments and energy system using cheatengine and started testing the game without limitation. I can tell you that it has nothing to offer. No fun, no originality. It's bland. Dont bother stealing your mom's credit card to refill your energy bar, it's not worth it.
To people wondering why good games such as this one NEVER get on kong in the first place but only ages after they were released (see also last Gemcraft game for instance, that took nearly 1 year): answer is simple, it seems kong decided to sponsor only pay2win. Good devs simply go elsewhere. But hey, kong players are happy being cashcows for R2games, so everything is ok <3
You know it's going to be PAy2WIN when they spent more effort on the paying system than on game features. What fool would pay for a mere match-3 game anyway?
Game is full of bugs related to integer overflow. Didnt you know that a regular (32 bits) int cannot go over 2,147,483,647 ? The price of various upgrades go negative when they reach that amount, effectively breaking the "game". The least you could expect from an idle game (which is essentially an animation with little to no user input) is that basic calculations actually work. They dont, which proves you did not test your game. That's a shame. I remember a time when games were meant to be actually played, not just senseless graphics with poorly written underlying math crippled with bugs.
Thanks for your great info! If you don't like these kinds of games, I suggest you go try this one: http://www.kongregate.com/games/2DArray/just-chatting
It's a much better game, you'll really enjoy it.
The game is good and not lagging at all. Haters should try upgrading their flash player I guess. Well, I'm not sure it would run on 21th century hardware either. Maybe it's time to buy a new comp?
This is how you piss off a developer.
