I'm really not sure which list you're looking at, but as far as I can tell, this isn't on page 2 of anything that could be considered "top games." Also, to be in the 30 most played games of all time, it would need over 10 million plays.
I would love to see a multiplayer version of this, with some people as ghosts and some people as the Pacman. Maybe the ghost/pacman could be kind of customize, too.
This is a game, which I'll play over, and over, and over again. 5/5, and if I had to make a list of top ten flash games on the web, this would number 1.
