For us that got stuck at the higher lvls during the early version without being able to get back, can you make sure for me to keep everything I've collected if I reset?
If you paragon, you will keep everything, but if you do a hard reset then you will unfortunately lose your gizmos and saved gears. We did just make some additional balance changes on Friday. I would suggest having another look before doing either, and seeing where you are at :)
Someone just said in the chat that you lose some of your cards....That's really retarded, you shouldn't have to gather all those cards I've bought for my money and sweat and blood, like your achievements they should be permanent.
Hey Truepsycho, don't worry, your cards and gears are all safe. As of right now, the only way anyone would ever lose them is if they do a manual hard reset. We do provide the option, but there is also a lot of WARNING, YOU ARE DOING STUFF YOU MAY NOT WANT TO BE DOING text around it too. So, fear not, and thank you for playing :)

Oh! you are also now able to Paragon any time you wish. Feel free to make use of that at any point. You may not get a reward, but you will reset your progress.
And btw, your dmg upgrades on all the heroes are waaaaaaaaaaaay too low, it doesn't add as it should, a 50% upgrade on dmg when u got 10 mil dmg for example doesn't equal 10.0001 mil.. it's 15 mil.. And don't give me that crap that just how the system works, cuz obviously your system is is flawed in oh so many ways......

Damage bonuses are only applied to a heroes base damage. We actually added a handy dandy breakdown to each character and piece of character equipment. If you navigate to the ally tab, you can click on one of the entries in that tab to bring up the info popup. The breakdown is at the top of the info popup. Hope that helps explain some of the inner workings of the game :)
What have you done with the game!? I did way more dmg before this update... It's even harder now than it was before when the only one that did damage at highler lvls was the tapper.. I can't even pass lvl 850.. When this first came out I got a total of 3.7 m % dps bonus and made it to lvl 910. Since you made it harder I cant facking progress anymore..Since I need jj gold to progress, there's nothing I can do at all to get to 910 again.. And you made all heroes weaker........Great facking job!

Apologies about the jarring update. There were some major balance issues that needed to be corrected, and some skills that were providing way too big of a damage boost. The problems have been fixed, and the game balance has been brought back to where it was intended to be. Unfortunately, this has caused some of our long term players like yourself to become a bit stuck. We are looking into this, and we are going to do anything we can for you guys. You were some of the first players in this game, and we want to ensure you continue to enjoy the game, especially since we have so much more planned for it!
For most people getting an achievement without any kind of reward is pointless, if you want us to play a game you gotta reward us in some way... And when it comes to your ad.... it is totally retarded in following ways : 1: The buff only lasts 10 mins..increase it to 1 hour atleast... You want us to die of boredom clicking those goddamn ads? 2: You build up your percentage slowly to 200 instead of getting it directly...that's is also one reason people don't play this game that much, too time consuming for nothing.. So set it to one ad that lasts an hour and 200%.
What's the point with achievements if you dont get some kind of reward for it? And the diamonds upgrade after the first reset doesn't do anything as far as I can tell, such a bad game...
Hi Truepsycho, nice to meet you. I'm sorry if the game is not to your liking. It's impossible to create a game that is good for everyone so... I respect your opinion. But, as I wrote in the past, if you play 2-3 times the game and you can cross 1500 mt., per each run you should gain 1500 coins (+ o -). So, in 3 runs only you have enough coins to buy the second character. With 4-5 the third character, etc. But, again, I understand that the game can't like to everyone. It's quite normal.
Since the dps% bonus after resets only affect the tapper, the other heroes are useless at higher lvls, making it all about tapping.. You should make it so it affects the other heroes too.
Hey Truepsycho. Thanks for the report. At the moment gizmos are bugging ally base DPS only. So if you have an ally with some DPS increasing passive abilities, those abilities will not stack with the gizmo. Its a little confusing at the moment, but we are working on it!
Forgot to mention the bug with dmg. When you get a 100% or 200% increase in dmg upgrade the dmg doesn't add up as it should. For example I had a hero with 8aa dps and bought the 100% dps upgrade and the dmg ended up on 12aa.. Please fix.

Thank you for the continued comments, feedback, and reports! We had a close look at the DPS bonuses, and it turns out that the systems are actually working as they have been (currently) designed to work - its just not explained all that well. The DPS bonuses from passive abilities and gizmos are both applied separately to the base DPS of a character at the moment. So the passive abilities that boost DPS as you level up your character are not stacking with the gizmos bonus, resulting in the numbers not being what you would expect them to be. We are still in Beta, and things will change. A couple of the guys are actually talking over this issue behind me right now, and we will come up with a solution that works better then what we have now!

I wanna compain about how ridicolous the difficulty to gain gear and dps is after the first reset.. You literally have to grind for DAYS for such a little amount.. That needs fixing, it shouldn't be that hard atleast for a couple resets.
