Also, stop copy pasting the strategies.. this game isn't that hard to figure out, and part of the fun is the figuring out part.. indeed that seems to be the only part, because there's not much variety.. 3/5
what's the point of the last level? even without the most efficient building strategy, you need to be able to earn enough to build and upgrade everything in 29 days in order to win the levels anyway
the funny thing is, I haven't even finished yet :) but I am level 130, just abusing red/orange traps now to get enough xp to get all abilities at max before i tackle the final levels. I'd also advise to get every other gem color up to level 9 asap so you start with 8 lvl 3 and 8 lvl 2 gems.. just make red and oranges equal to put in traps from those
also remember to max all gems' speed (and increase damage too) by adding lots of lvl 1 red or orange gems. And use about 4-5 gems to anger at the start, slowly ramp this up as you can kill more. Don't worry about leaking too, you'll get huge amount of mana from the traps.
@wolfbrother: max trap mastery, max orange and red mastery, max dual gem mastery, max traplayer, max banish, max gem create, max mana pool, max start mana, max initial mana pool size. With that you can start to get those insane scores you see in the highscores.
pqzeus: traps are way better than towers. 540 speed dual red/orange hitting 6 targets each hit while leeching 10.1 mana each target, about 20 of em in a row will net you amazing amounts of points (don't forget to anger a lot)
While I like this game a lot, the absurd amounts of damage that criticals do make this game much less fun. I have to reload the game a lot because I don't want to loose my high level units in which I've invested so much to a lucky critical strike from some bowman...
Finished it, some things to fix:
After playing for some time, the game starts to slow down, to the point where it gets unplayable. Weapons are way too powerful, magic may be much weaker but with high wisdom it still deals too much damage. You need to balance damage with the enemies better, after you get a good weapon or high wisdom you just run through the game one-shotting everything.
Well, overall not a bad game, but there are lots of little annoyances and a generally unpolished look and feel. One of the things that irritates me most is how the "Char" button keeps flashing if you don't spend all your SP, which is often the case.
