Ok seriously. I've tried everything to get my survivors to keep the front lines well stocked and they always seem to be too retarded. I have over 100 ammo in every depot (only 10 in the quota). 26 free survivors. Front line has a quota of 60 ammo. Runs out. EVERY TIME.
"Send more ammo to the front lines at once!" "But sir, my legs are tired." "The zombies are about to tear through, send the ammo to our snipers!!" "Nah I think I'm gonna walk around the block with the ammo in my hands, then I'll suddenly turn around and wander aimlessly through the alleys."
If the depth of this game was a little... er... deeper? And the PvP was more rewarding AND fair, I would definitely play this game and pay for extra features on a regular basis. Still needs a lot of tweaking.
I glitched... and a single archer with low health managed to kill an army of 10 infantry units. They couldn't attack him... That must be how Achilles felt.
Why must catapults target the closest infantry unit? It'd be nice to have the option to target only the building... very difficult to make use of them otherwise with the agonizing reload times/all catapults in one lane firing on one target at a time.
A turn based feature to the campaign would be sweet (not IN battle, the campaign itself). Like "Risk"- enemies try to take your territory (as well as each others), you get income based on your territories each turn, etc. The ability to purchase heroes, extra upgrades, etc... all in all, great game. 5/5 can't wait for the 3rd installment
How exactly is it that the massive pink king kong can only manage 8 damage against a big black boxer guy? Better yet, why does the king bother sending out hundreds of minions when the giant pink king kong should easily kill all of the enemies?
Only features I can't seem to find are 1. Fast forward. 2. Demolish structures. Both highly useful... I accidentally cut off a supply line by placing four snipers on a bridge next to each other... no more resources behind them. 5/5 great game
Easy way to pass higher levels: Buy 2 Flak cannons, fully upgraded, and place them on opposite sides of the path near your base. Invest your money in banks and research units throughout the level, preferably as early as possible. Build up as much research as you possibly can. The next level, use all research to purchase all upgrades. Lather, rinse repeat. I tend to buy 3-5 teslas, 5+ banks, 10 research labs, 4+ flak cannons, 1-2 artilleries, and maybe a waste spewer or two. The research replenishes itself and saves after every round, so having all of the upgrades each round makes them easy as cake.
Loved the game... unfortunately couldn't bear the slow pace and stopped playing half an hour in. Please add a fast forward button, at least in the beginning.
