Also, I prefer sticking to one set of parts instead of mixing and matching. It seems like almost any kind of mixing and matching makes at least one childhood nightmare every two tries.
Grinding? When do you need to grind? I haven't needed to grind yet, and I'm almost halfway done. The game is made so that the levels can be completed without having to replay them, albiet they will be challenging.
The game looks nice enough, but I agree with the tire thing. Also, the gameplay feels kind of clunky. I'm not sure if this improves with upgrade or not, or if it's intended, but it puts of someone who just loads up and tries the game.
Alright, I have one major beef with this game. You have to hold down the spacebar to jump further and to make certain jumps, but if you're holding down the spacebar when you reach the platform at the end of the jump, you jump again automatically. This makes some parts of levels extremely frustrating. I'd suggest each jump requiring a seperate press of the spacebar, so it just can't be held to keep jumping infinitely. Other than that, no issues.
I'm confused about when you can "grip" to a surface and when you can't... sometimes you seem able to grip onto a surface but there seems to be no rules about it.
