Easter Swords are found at the start of your 5th map checkpoint in ActIII: "the slime and vines stage" Each sword shows up at random and is placed on 1 of 3 platforms. You can "choose" a specific sword by clicking 'main menu' and start over at the beginning of that stage until you get the right one.
