"Survivor status unknown until returned", is this new? I can't get my resources until they come back? Wow, way to make playing LESS fun for those at high levels. It takes hours until one group returns.
Crafted 50 ammo, got disconnected, return to the game to see my 50 ammo gone along with the resources that were needed to craft them. That's not okay. This sort of thing happens all the time when you get disconnected, areas get blocked but none of your resources make it to the game and you lose all the ammo/keep all the injuries you had when you did the mission. Please do something about this. Either forget all or nothing.
