How to successfully proform an autopsy .. eh .. heart transplant... without any medical tools or bloodloss -
Step 1:
proforming the acient mayan lung extraction by placing your closed hand above the lung and then quickly rotate it through the ribcage to remove the lungs
Step 2:
2a. if a rib came loose durning mayan lung extraction - use loose rib to break loose the remaining ribs till the ribcage has successfully been demolished
2b. if no ribs came loose use new heart to repeatly bash at the ribcage till successfully demolished
Step 3:
clear out chest cavity for any debri left by the ribcage
Step 4:
Pick up glass beaker and smash it against the table
Step 5:
Pick up a glass shard and gently jab at the arteries till old heart comes loose
Step 6:
Remove old heart and insert the new one
Step 7:
prepare a doggybag with the patients lungs, ribs and old heart in case he'd like to take them home
oh thank god you don't have to close him back up again - cause i have no idea where half his ribs went after i smashed them with a hammer .. also what do you mean a ballpoint pen isnt a valid surgical tool??
if like me you can't draw lines for fiddly then the old right click -> click somewhere else works great here (sorry mac'ers :( maybe a scribble pad and a ruler? )
Oh don't worry about him, he's been uh.. trained to be patient and somewhat helpful like that. He once told me that he actually likes to waiting in dark, damp corners for people to get on with exploding things. He also mentioned something about enjoying watching people. It's hard to find good help these days.
