I was playing around with gem combinations and found something strange. I have a lvl5 prismatic gem, when I add a lvl1 or 2 gem it gets a bit stronger (range, dmg, speed, etc.). But when I add a lvl4 gem it gets weaker - loses a bit from all statistics. Could this be intentional because I haven't found anything mentioned in the strategy guide.
Something to consider for future versions - high lvl slow gem is useless in trap - it will keep the same mob slowed while the rest of the wave passes by.
Very entertaining at the beginning the game has become repetitive and tedious(currently at lvl53).
On the balance side I think the starting levels were a bit too hard and that the dual gem mastery is overpowered.
The game is easy with only pure mushrooms with emphasis on lightning for best dps. And get a few point in the trinkets and restart the level until you have an angel doll so you are guaranteed a gold medal:)
