The rewards for achievements really need readjusting. By the time you've found 33,000 words, for example, you've tested well over 100 billion combinations, and gotten the $20 billion reward for that achievement; the $7000 for getting 33,000 words doesn't even register in your bank. Likewise, $7000 for getting 100 quotes is far too small an amount for that late in the game - there is literally nothing I can buy for $7000 right now, and I'm not even close to 100 quotes. The cheapest thing I can purchase right now is over $90 million, and now that I'm out of "combinations tested" achievements (100 billion seems to be the max, though it looks like I'll be getting well over a trillion before the dictionary finishes) there's no way to earn near that amount in a timely manner besides trading combos for gold (which will make the game take even longer).
Damnit! A bug where I disappeared off the world map when exiting the tower made the game unwinnable, so I reset my game data and had to level grind all over again, only for the same bloody bug to hit again! A game this buggy should *not* have badges, let alone be part of a quest.
I rather wish that, after beating the game, there was a forge in the final level on further play-throughs, kinda like there are on levels 25 and 50 once you go through them again.
After defeating the 3 tower guardians and trying to exit the tower my knight has disappeared in the world map. I've tried reloading several times, and exiting the tower in both directions, but nothing works =(
Some sort of ranking system for puzzles that have already been approved/are playable would be nice. Even just a "yes I liked this puzzle/no I didn't" indicator so we can see which puzzles other people think are really good before we spend coins to play them.
I really really wish that up arrow was jump, and s was save/go through doors. I don't know how many times I've gone through a door or saved accidentally when I was trying to jump. I don't suppose there could be an option to change the controls around?
Does it bother anybody else that blue and purple are reversed from how they should be on a colour wheel? I don't know the number of times where I was like "okay, purple enemy, red is next to purple, so this big clump of red gems should help... damn"
If you've marked a square with an X, you shouldn't be able to fill it in - I've gotten a couple wrong pixels "running" a line and accidentally going too far onto a square I'd already Xed out.
Lovely little game, very soothing, but I would really love for there to be a sandbox mode to just play with making patterns, and possibly even player-created levels. Also, I'll second the annoyance at levels having multiple solutions, but it only recognizing one of them.
If you want to get all 5 secrets DO NOT use the ladder rung on the broken ladder in the first red room. If you put it there you can't get it back later, and it doesn't help you fix the ladder anyway.
We have something like that planned but it will take a while to get there.
