there should be a new version "Creeper World: Reclamation" with the ability to build new cities and a selection map. then you could build up defenses, make a new city, and move on to the next place. doing this, also making it possible that your previously made defenses fail and you have to go back to reclaim that planet again. anyone else think this is a good idea?
I think this is the best game of the series, but there are two complaints I have. 1.)there are a few typos and grammatical errors in the scripts. 2.)the map and scripts look like they're drawn on cardboard.
ideas for third game
better hulls have more equipment slots and ship slots, and maybe do the same for weapons, making different tier versions of the weapons. also keep the independent item upgrade system
-tier one ships have only their innate weapons and no weapon slots
-tier one weapons have no upgrade slots
-maybe make certain weapons incompatible with certain upgrades (for example a poisonous laser makes no sense. you can't coat a laser beam with chemicals)
spiderbots are the best. you can immediately and cheaply upgrade their firerate to 360 rpm that means they shoot 6 times every second there's an enemy to shoot. the power is also cheap to upgrade. if you fill your screen with these suckers nobody will ever beat you.
the shield pieces should have a health of their own. they should still be destroyed with the ship but if you use enough firepower they should be able to give way and let you kill the purple things and blue things from the front.
My main complaint is that you can't tell which bullets are yours and which are the enemy's.
besides that, I might suggest adding a tank repair skill (which repairs the armor but not the health) or just letting the base repair the damaged armor.
Maybe you could let us pick to be whatever color tank we are and our enemies are. entirely aesthetic, but it would be cool.
new guns take priority over everything else, do approximately a 1:1:1 ratio, not counting the turrets (a new turret takes priority as a new gun but upgrades are only if they are the only thing on the base tab you can buy, don't count either toward any of the ratios).
