I understand the timer presents a challenge, but coupled with cirpolosions AND randomized movement, it just about pushes the game over the edge into "Well, if you get lucky....". Sorry, not for me. I prefer a game which requires more skill than what fate dishes out to me.
Ok I wished I scrolled down to the comments for the winning steps.. but nah. I liked the challenge of figuring it out though I must say I got the impossible badge by being incredibly lucky (Mada was, like, the fourth country to get infected). All in all a good game, thanks. ....Little much you can comment about a game that lets you wipe out humanity, really ^_^V
The magic upgrades don't make much sense; why would a cold mage be able to do poison damage? Where does that leave my posion mage? And the skill tree takes itself way too seriously. This game is really pretty and all, but it seems that too little thought went into actually make it fun and player-friendly. Sorry, I prefer GemCraft too.
Content wise, four stars. Randomness, minus one. Losing whole game because of one level, minus another one, so we have two at the end. Either a save or a restart level, ffs.
The premise is weak but it wasn't too bad. The vampire stage was way too hard relatively speaking. And srsly, why would his health go down when you miss drawing the axe line? Like, d'oh.
