Well, I was going to get something done today. The very instant I saw the link to this game, I clicked it. I can't say no to new Creeper. Why can't I quit you?
Merchant -- "Why is there a level 12 archer running around the castle with no pants?"
Trainer -- "He hasn't completed the quest for a piece of the Heartstone yet."
Merchant -- "Yeah well neither did we. But we're all fully clothed."
Trainer -- "Shhhhh!"
I've got every territory on Earth infected with a deadly parasite; it's only a matter of time before the end of all life. Every airport, hospital, school, border, port, etc. is closed. Bodies are being burned, bottled water is being handed out, but it appears to all be in vain. There is no hope for humanity. Except for one thing. There is a single boat, aimlessly roaming the world's oceans. No safe port upon which to call. Perhaps there was a stowaway, packed in one of the crates of the boat. The captain and crew are dead, but she knew enough to burn their bodies and somehow has found a way to provide food and clean water on the floating Eden. Every human being in every nation has been eradicated. But this orphan girl is the last human on Earth. She patrols the world's oceans, looking for one last human to call friend, brother, lover, savior. She will never lose hope. She will never give up the search. Godspeed, little Noah. May the winds and currents carry you to a bright future.
Does this game take place in the far, far future when all humanity (including Papa) is long dead, and the animals have either grown sentient or mutated into horrendous beasts of fire and ice? Yet Papa's unique creation method remains in tact, eons after man has faded from memory.
I don't like the fact that there is no reset button, and the level codes system is a bit archaic. It was a simple, fun little puzzler, but I would have liked a reset button and a save system.
If you put "The Trooper" by Iron Maiden on repeat while playing with the sound off, it adds a whole new layer to this great game. From my own experience, I achieved four Brilliants in a row this way. I was in the zone.
