This game is addictive as hell. I love it.
Suggestion: Make the score based either on zombies defeated or on hits dealt. It would incentivize more elaborate bounces and make it feel a little more fulfilling.
Suggestion 2: Give us a way to speed it up. Sometimes ball get stuck slowly bouncing back and forth and I have to either wait, or give up those hits.
Suggestion 3: Make the hit boxes more clear. I often feel cheated by the bounces I get. Trying to pull off a clutch bounce and it hits a zombie I really needed to get past is frustrating to say the least.

How am I supposed to make a "Lie Bury" when I can't make BOOKS?? I also can't go back to the city state where I could make them. So this is where I angrily bailed on the game.
I seem to have hit a wall. The next upgrade looks to be miles away. Up to this point there has been something for me to do when I pop back to it. Since there's nothing to do for a long time, I'm likely going to just move on.
Don't let the audience get bored.
I like the game. It NEEDS cloud saves. I'm basically dropping it for lack of them. I'm in different computer labs all the time. If I can't keep my progress there's no point.
I would also like to see some more activities available for the mid game. Once you've leveled up and are just sitting there waiting to get enough money. A minigame? Some action you could take to speed it up? Something.
