To Swan: I beat both level 14 and 15 with a level 11 tank. (Berretta + Police Shield and adrenaline skill) Maybe you shuld try that instead of complaining.
Ranged weapons basically stink because there is no vision bonus and in higher levels the armor is so strong even the best bow takes 3-4 shots to kill. By that time the enemy is already on you becuase of the small field of vision. The ranged weapons need a vision bonus when equipped and armor should be stepped down a little. Otherwise, I have no reason to complain about anything else. 4/5 Until bows are adjusted.
With such an excellent game structure and fanbase, why has the developer not followed this game release up with a Frontier Two, or even just an update?
One thing that bothered me was that planes trying to drop mines and bombs on your face don't count as enemies but Billy the (innocent) Chicken does... anyway 5/5 much improved on the first
The new units seem cool, but in all reality are a little redundant. The jeep is a faster but more limited version of a commando. The tesla tank is innovative but basically useless, in my experience, compared to the other tank. The Molotov and Troop Transport are the best "new" units in the game, along with the veteran. (although I don't think he could be called new :3) Don't get me wrong though, I'm a huge fan of the entire series. It just seems that in this one the podge seemed to be stretching the new content a little.
One thing that bugs me in story mode is that the enemy can pick up weapons that you unlocked. They should have thier own default weaponry. This would also allow for more of a difficulty ramp by giving better guns to the enemy to make the level more difficult. For instance, instead of the wompoons being defaulted to a SMG, they could be equipped with the ultra gun instead, to make the level more difficult.
