I would absolutely buy this for $1 or 2 on android. 3+ unlockable characters would be nice. The unity player keeps crashing :-/
It would be nice to have a minimum amount of attack ups. Several times it's been taking me 5 or 6 shots to kill a bad guy at floor 15. Hearts should be cheaper too. Why would you spend money that comes back around to get 5 hearts? The math is just outlandish.
And greedy doors should be able to have better stuff behind them to make it worth gambling with attack points or money, or rubys, which once again comes back around with you. Say 5% chance of a gold chest, an attack bonus or maybe a +2, a knight, a fire mage, etc. I only open greedy doors for hearts basically.
I would also like to be able to buy a permanent attack bonus. Maybe the ability to buy an armor bonus too? 2000 gold for a -1 damage mod minimum 1 damage?
Huge potential here. SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY! J/K, but seriously get this game done. You could seriously make some money.
Good game. Could be longer and I'd be a very happy camper. Also unit don't navigate around obstacles very effectively. It kinda sucks having to make 2-4 moves to get around a rock.
Sweet mother of god where to begin. The art in this game was compelling enough that I kept playing after thinking this game sucked. I ground my way through the first few levels until I unlocked grenades and it got a little better. The boss fight almost put me to sleep it took so long. GRIND GRIND GRIND. The game needs an upgrade or purchase system. Let me buy a grenade, or upgrade my stock gun, and pick ups. More shotgun frags, more minigun ammo, etc. This would also have been better as more of an adventure type game. Check out Decision if you aren't sure what I mean. At the very least make the arenas bigger with more circle type areas. The first few maps left me backed into a corner pretty much constantly. They got better from there. All said and done the game gets a 3, but the art pushes it to a 4. An upgrade system would make an easy 5.
Would love the ability to replay. I want a counter of the special items I found and missed (I know i must have only found half.) A level system would be cool too. Even if it was just costume stuff that you got. It would be cool to run around as a spider with an RPG LOL. Awesome game. Definitely a good follow up to the original. Good old fashioned zombie blasting fun.
Make the mute button actually work. I have to click it again to stop the music every time a new screen loads, and it doesn't mute the sound effects. I'll play it again after these things are fixed.
So, things that should be added for a sequel.
1. I'm dying for a shop here man.
2. More detailed spell descriptions.
3. More powerful minions in later levels. I love the necromancer, but farther down the rabbit hole they tend to do no damage and die really quickly, found myself relying on charm and entangle.
I love the game, and would definitely throw down money on a sequel that brings a deeper experience.
For whatever reason I leveled up, when I finished my XP bar shot up, my life bar shot down, and the screen went black. Took about 3/4 of a second. I think i was level 6, and I was on floor 10 or so.
Not bad. Really needs polish on controls and play. Concept is good and graphics are enjoyable. Need more money for bigger challenges, more challenges, and make the front wheels actually steer.
There's gonna be a sequel. If you found the map there's a ton more places in the map than you visit. That or maybe the dev is gonna expand on the game later.
