This is an old game. I played it many years ago.
The game just keeps playing music when you break through the final barrier, and nothing else happens. What happened to the end of the game?
Kinda bummed out about this reclaimed diamonds thing. Been playing since very early on, hadn't spent a thing and still had 60 diamonds, so I was surprised when it said I had 40-something diamonds to reclaim. Decided to reclaim them, and was instead dropped down to 40-something diamonds... Can anyone explain?
Solid game. A couple times the items were a little too small and matched the color of the background a little too much, but wasn't a big deal. The thing that really bothered me was the random patch of ground that you have to find to use the pickaxe. That one hurt.
Overall, I enjoyed myself. 4/5
Two other things I've noticed. First, reaching the requirements for bard (80 Charm) by gaining charm at 0.02 points per success? That's a bit insane. Second, trading for gems isn't worth it. Iron is the only thing worth buying (roughly 50% profit on iron while ~10% profit on gems).
I like what you have so far. I worked as a porter until I could afford armor, then began doing trades between the two cities until I made enough money to buy a house.
Here's the bug:
Now that I have a house, the study option brings me back to the city, and cook, paint, and garden all produce food. Also, I have more than enough money for knighthood from trading, but I don't have enough respect, and I can't work at the king's keep b/c I'm not smart enough...
Solid so far, but a long way to go. 2/5
Not bad. Definitely has potential. I'm guessing the item drops are randomized? Because I never got a helmet. Game played fine, no bugs, but I never really had any use for the spells except heal, I just hacked and slashed my way through. Add in some resistances and weaknesses for the monsters to make magic more worth while, in my opinion.
How does the leveling/esp system. It seems that at the beginning of each level, 1 fight is good for 1 level up, but towards the end of an individual level 1 fight doesn't equal 1 level. This totally makes sense, but at the earlier levels that require less exp, I'm not sure the excess is carrying over towards the next level. (for example, the first fight you complete gives 100exp, but you only gain one level and the same for reaching lvl 3, later on the same 100exp doesn't get you straight from lvl 9 to lvl 10, so was excess xp at lvl 1 wasted?)
Regardless, solid concept and I definitely enjoyed myself, 3/5.
Did anyone else spend a significant amount of time trying to see if anything would interact with the questions mark in the upper left corner of the second part of the ear canal?
Actually, as I've sat here and thought, there's one other thing that could use some tweaking. I just noticed is that the speedlumber upgrade requires significantly less science than speedmining and speedfarming. Not sure if that's intended or an oversight. 6.38K for lumber vs. 14.1M for mining and farming at world 20. Still loving this game!
Great game! My only criticism is that the gifts of land that hold 5 trimps don't scale as you progress, but everything else does. Other than that, I can't wait to see what else is in store for the game! Thanks! 5/5!
I understand that this is a test, but you're lacking any description of what to do or how to control the game, all you have is a small area where you can fall off but can't restart, and your model falls over and drags his face along the ground while moving. Talk about a serious case of floor burn. It needs more features before you can publish this and call it a test.
Fun game. Great artwork! Found a bug where once you've found a monster to take a selfie with, if you click in the lower right corner instead of the lower left to go on to the next room, it resets the room your in with the shadow of the next monster. Works about 99% of the time, and on the few times it doesn't, clicking in the lower right brings out a new monster.
I'm having a weird bug/glitch that somehow warps me from zone 1 to zone 9 when I attack the pirate recon ships by the gate going from zone 1 to zone 2. Anyone else had this problem?
A solid game. Thanks for making this. I really enjoyed the ambient music. Also, I enjoyed the introduction. Seemed quite poetic. I was a little sad that I only got the first bit, and each round after that had no introduction. Also, there's not really any replay value at all. Once you've found the items, they're in the same spot on the second play. Nothing changed at all. I like the potential, but for now, I'm giving this a 3/5.
To anyone that wants to save their mouse, press Alt+Shift+NumLock to activate keyboard mouse keys, then use "5" and "+" on the num pad to click with mouse hovering over the ore. (5 counts as one click, + counts as two).
@overweightcow The trick for the elite quiz part 8 is that he wants the display to be in the correct order. What your code displays is "3Lives: ". You have to reverse the addition so that the display will properly show, "Lives: 3". Hope that helps.
Hi whitey9674, it will be fixed soon. We remember about that bug, however, it's in the game. Sorry :(
