This is a really good idle game because, unlike most others, the progression is not a straight line. For each assimilation, depending on how much discontent you have harvested, the optimal build sequence on each reset is different. That's pretty cool. The author has given this game more depth and complexity than most other idle games. Many of the negative comments here seem to be from people who expect to be able to use the same strategy at all stages of the game. If you want to leave your brain off, just play something else.
The design of this game is innovative and ingenious. It's a puzzle game. I wish it didn't take so long to play, but that's how the indie game market works these days.
