Hey wickedtoast i read the shout you left in HOMOjon.
Aniway,if you where really going to sue that homo yes you could but i think you already knew that,the only thing you should have done is track that gay`s IP addres so,already having the IP you can contact the company that was providing that homo with the miracle of the internet (to know his real adress),so you could send a citation to court (after contacting a lawyer and maybe kongregate staff).In brief that homojon was so stupid that he didnt thought the fact that sometimes “what happens in the internet doesn`t always stays on the internet”
P.D:if you really, really want to piss of HOMOjon you should record with the keyboard`s key impr Pant PetSis that little part of his page`s shout where he clearly says that he wanted to piss of the users that where eventually going to play his lame game.
