Mammoths are the only unit you need. In a one on one conflict, they always win.
Keep a turret, a light unit, and two mammoths on your team and you CANNOT lose. Facts.
As I'm sure you've gleaned from hundreds of comments, the Horseman character is severely bugged, making it extremely hard to beat levels on the first try, and forcing players to grind for money to buy the latest items at the store.
Which brings me to the money system. In short, give me more money for selling things. 20 levels is not enough to validate needing thousands of gold to buy something that sells for 400. Half price would be nice, especially seeing as after a level you usually have enough to buy one thing, if you sell all your treasure that is.
Not a bad game, but if you could finish it and iron out some of these pretty major bugs, It would be worlds better.
Usually I don't comment, and I know this is address by many others, but still:
First of all, fun game. I like it. Good concept, and as far as the puzzle portion of the game goes, well executed. I like the three classes and that bigger block collection nets you abilities etc.
The RPG element is frankly broken however. The Shop is buggy at best, and the fact that you have to drag an item from the store into your inventory THEN onto your character is irritating.
ironically, i have nothing wrong with this thios game on a religious level, the problem is that you have to type in the codes so slowly you're almost sure to get hit. you can't speed mash them in. Everyone has the same powers so its really pointless. I would say fun, but honestly? i did it for the badges.
kind of fun, but with no achievements, and few upgrades this game feels less like strategy and more like WoW grinding. just have your ratio 0:100 and build as many attackers fully upgraded as possible. it just starts to get boring.
and the screen DOES turn freaky red if you click outside...scary
