Oh, the new girl needs level 45 in a stat? Good thing I had 10 gems for the speed boost or I'd have to wait 8 months. Well, time to not play the game for a few weeks while that finishes.

I just... don't understand the logic of these design choices. Cleric heals a flat amount but damage increases exponentially, there is a "tank" character who does nothing against enemies that target any character (which gets introduced almost right at the start), the base of an idle game is grinding BUT YOU HAVE TO ADVANCE so you are woefully unprepared for whatever is next (this could be meant to force you to use mana on revives but then you reach a boss which heals enemies after battle so you get stuck for TEN TIMES as long) Just what even is this supposed to be

Well my hobbies take 2-3 months to level up once with a 4x multiplier coupled with a 10.05 bonus multiplier. I'm just going to call this here. I gave this game time, and the updates have done nothing to address this issue besides adding options for how to pay for a usable progress rate.

Adding a linear boost to hobbies, which grow exponentially, only moves the problem back a few levels. It is the exact same problem, you just made it start a few levels later. Now the progress wall kicks in around level 24-27 instead of 20. It makes the game just as impossible to finish without losing interest as before. The reason games like this offer rewards such as gems which boost gains for resetting is because the gem gain is also exponential, making progress each run much faster and giving a clear indication when the player should reset and cash-in their gems or whatever they are called in the game in question. The basic reward structure of this game needs to be redone if you want to keep the gems for time boosts, likely manually programming the times needed for each level instead of relying on a formula that simply does not work with the other design decisions.

You should be ashamed to have spawned yet another horrible MMO clone, not even bothering to change the UI from the last one posted, or the one before it, or the one before that. You make MMO developers who actually try look bad.
