OK, any advice/tips? I have expansion offices and colonies with all resources shipped except berries. I have large berry farms next to all the expansio offices, but they just won't move them there. Every other resource is completed now, but this is holding it back. Surely I don't just need to demolish every house and food market nearby to try to force the output somewhere?
So, 3 games that don't load in SuperNova in a single week (maybe even more that I already have the badges for). I appreciate that Kongregate is trying to keep up a valid badge of the day, but surely they could at least check the game loads in their recommended software on a couple of different PCs before choosing them...
3rd attempt at the impossible, this time with 14518 deaths; the only way I could beat 40 was with an external keyboard - the one in my laptop was just not responsive enough! I had more than 3000 deaths on that level alone before I tried an external keyboard, got all 25 coins in a couple of hundred...
Good fun though!
oh that was fun, I just got to 14 with a fistful of cantrips and shields and 2 hearts, only to go to choose the card in slot 3, miss slightly and discover that 'e' ends your turn and you die...
I have a very minor suggestion; could a card being delivered after a cantrip (I've learned to spell properly since the last one!) be replaced in position by the new one, rather than the new one coming in at position 1? I keep doing stupid things with the numbers where I use the wrong card because it wasn't in the same position it had been when I planned my moves.
Yes, I shouldn't be so stupid either, but I think it would be a more logical system.
Thanks for the suggestion! This would be very reasonable, but sadly conflicts with pawns upgrading from right to left. It would either reintroduce the possibility of promoting an unexpected pawn that was just drawn (instead of one in hand you were planning to promote, with a particular upgrade on it), or necessitate a weird inconsistency. I'll likely leave it as is.
I think there's an issue in this update with getting trapped with pawns. I understand that if you have 3 pawns one gets automatically promoted, but the same doesn't happen if you've already played a card - it often makes sense to play a card without a caltrop before the one that does. You then draw another pawn and you can't move. I don't think there should be a difference here, if you have all pawns in your hand after a draw you should promote one, whether you've got 2 or 3 of them, otherwise the caltrop is even more at the whims of random numbers!
Thanks for the feedback. I'm okay with that! The point of promoting a Pawn when you have 3 is to prevent the game from dealing you unfair, unworkable hands. However, if you get stuck with 2, that's because you got yourself into that situation and didn't play around the possibility of that happening. Cantrips are still extremely strong. I wanted to discourage spamming them a little.
Just managed to get stuck on the top row, two caltropped pawns and no way of using them. Every other square anywhere near me I'm safe in, death if I end my turn early...
There's always one level that I don't quite get, but I work out via sheer bloody-minded clicking. That's not a complaint, it's nice that you can progress without getting everything! Here it was 25, what I thought meant was open in 1st section did not work in 2nd section, but somehow I got there!
Excellent as always!
It doesn't really matter, but cos of a bug in Kongregate on my laptop (touchpad, right-click when holding a button toggles it on until you reset) i reloaded my game and it reset my death count. I ended up with only 90 - I died a *lot* more than that!
For the sake of the colourblind it would be great if you could rotate or flip one of the two raspberry-looking things; they're really hard to differentiate, for me at least.
Is there a way to revisit the dungeon that the orb comes from after beating it? Just to be completionist I want the last page in the journal and that looks like a good way to do it.
Are some of the upgrades map-dependent, or can they all be achieved on a single game? And if it's the former, does the area journal roll over? I'm missing about 6 or 7 but have no available upgrades...
I think I found a bug - if you help the dead person without talking to the gnome then you don't get to communicate with them after (they didn't appear for me at all) and can never get the herbs.
I got to tier 5 at which point colour blindness made it impossible to tell orange from red on some of the panels and therefore breeding up virtually impossible
Does the red planet have a core or anything? Have all upgrades and doesn't seem to be anything else to reach beyond about 850m. Any combination of gear seems to achieve more or less the same too, somewhere between 750 and 850m.
Thanks for the suggestion! This would be very reasonable, but sadly conflicts with pawns upgrading from right to left.
