15 minutes in and I agree with Kolekax.. the costs need rebalancing. and 70%!!! is stupid when the profits are so small anyway. I'd wager that coffee is much more profitable than this in real life! ;-)
also why does it take 3 clicks just to "sell" and order? put a button on the bottom of the screen. it should only need one click to sell and order.
