When you realize it's better to wait to spend your offerings until you've gotten all the exp boosts. OBV get your obtanium research maxed first while saving them.
I have cast the Heal spell 73 times and have yet to have a perfect roll or even near perfect, in the next game there need to be equal odds instead of having the odds be in the enemy's favor. It annoys me to no end that they will hit 9 out of 10 times on a 15%.
