oh.. as for the game.. mehh its ok.. but WAY WAY too much money.. Way too easy to beat this game. Just go tank all the way with missiles lol
its not that the CPU Cheats... Its that there is a obvious error in the code that gives the CPU a advantage.
Ive seen the CPU do things that i never have been able to.. I believe that the problem is with the code. Intentional or not.. There is a problem. It sure as hell is not "RANDOM" as it should be.

day 100.......... 17 people left alive..... Mehh i had all the countries infected at day 16.. The population dieing off nicely. by day 45 EVERYONE was infected... why the hell does the death count decrease with fewer population? They are all infected.. WTF..
ok.. i infected everyone in a country.. But they still have hospitals running? WTF ? They are all insane and blind.. How the holy hell are they able to keep a hospital running? ............ god
