A civilian died once when an enemy that got shot next time fell into the civilian and knocked him over. Yeah, the civilians in this game are too fragile.
The Master of pain doesn't unlock when I find him. This has happened twice now, I completely started over from the beginning because of this bug and now it happened again.
(Spoiler warning)
That's it? That's what we end off on? Nothing we did in this story made any difference? That ending just felt like a huge slap in the face for us fans that stuck with the series all the way through. Just "You lose, we win, the end." Really? That's what you give us after sticking with this character for four games? The game was fun but the ending was a HUGE disappointment, it made our struggle seem entirely pointless if we were just gonna lose in the end anyways. It's just a big slap in the face and a kick in the balls.
There is WAAAY too high of a difficulty spike later on. Every mission becomes pretty much impossible even if you play only with people at or near your level.
Great thing is you don't have to. The game is never negative and is always going in a positive direction. Take your time, plan things out and observe where and how resources are made / mined. You'll do great! Thanks for playing!
This game sucks, elite soldiers are worthless, and the final mission is so goddamn impossible without the "premium content" units that it practically makes it pay to win. This game is just terrible.
It's really satisfying to continously upgrade my gems, and it's an interesting decision on whether I should spend large amounts of mana to get a high-tier gem, or gamble, and see if I get enough of one type of low-tier gem to eventually combine into a high-tier one. I also love how many different gems there are, how each color has it's own special effect, and how these effects can be combined to create a multi-purpose (although slightly weaker in both effects) gem.
One thing they need to change is to put the items you get from battles directly into your inventory, often I end up skipping over the chestpiece I grinded for so long to get.
Also, if the binary sword or mega hammer gets shot out of your hands you can't pick it back up, please fix that, I don't want to have to buy new hammers or swords whenever I drop mine
Would have liked to choose what to equip as the second weapon you carry in arena mode, I can't equip the binary sword as my secondary with an M249 as the primary
How come you don't have a TAC-BAR in mission 1.5-B? I understand that agents don't have tac bars, but the freaking scientist in mission 1.5-A had a TAC-BAR! I really don't like having to skip missions, but I had to this time.
