It's fun but gets tedious. The requirements are tacked on to provide longevity which would be more fun if cheap scenarios didn't randomly happens (example: a gravestone and skull are stacked on top of eachother and one just happens to be flying above too providing virtually NO way to come through unscathed)
This game was made by IG Maker (Indie Game Maker, same people that put out RPG Maker), and rather poorly. I know because I use the software. If you're going to use the stock supplied materials, at least try and make the game relatively good.
I like that the comment about firing the architect concerned good houses not being connected to the underground. Good houses have coherant floors and NO death traps either...
It is misinformation. Taking out a website is COMPLETELY different than censoring it. Censoring is down voting a valid comment that most people on here sadly don't know what the hell they're talking about. lawl. Oh Kong, you once were mighty, now you're just a smoking hot derp show.
We all DO know that eradicating something because of Copyright and Censoring something are two ENTIRELY different actions? Right? I love the rash of "SOPA/PIPA" games that sprout up on kong that are so misled, misinformed, and just flat out pointless.
I find it absolutely HILARIOUS that everyone who's talking about how great this "game" is, a game allegedly about how our freedoms are being brutalized and oppressed, are the exact same who are bashing down the comments saying this "game" is no good. It shows me two things: 95% of you have absolutely no idea what SOPA/PIPA is (Someone actually called "them" a group LAWL), and 97% of you are DISGUSTINGLY hypocritical. Well done everyone, you've done it, you've officially made the once great Kong a smoking hot derp show.
There's so much about the gameplay that's too loose, one-sided, or waaaaay too overpowered. I think the only redeeming quality of this game is the presentation. Broken game, pretty package.
I don't find it particularly ground breaking, brilliant, or powerful. I'm not THAT easily swayed by anything that delivers a message, BUT I do find that it's the creator's own message respectable. 5/5.
Remember kids, being sheep is what got us into this mess in the first place.
I don't see how this could remind you of a very long running book series, simply because of they both have vampires in it. That's like saying "I'm exactly like a giraffe because we both breathe air"
I like how any constructive criticism gets shot/voted down viciously. God forbid there might actually be problems with a game. Here's mine:
The art and story are actually really good, but once you get into the actual gameplay of it, the art design takes a HARD dive. The backgrounds are great but good god, the actual players, henchmen, and enemies look completely stupid. Also, when you kill mounted anythings, I thought the way the horse just suddenly stops cold in it's tracks and just stands there looked retarded. The reason I bring all this up is because what could have otherwise felt like an epic battle as you hack and slash (woodenly might I add, because the actual gameplay felt so stiff and clunky), ends up feeling like a t-key mashing guantlet. Played it for the badge, played a little more to see if there was anything else, but the short comings end up cheapening the gaming experience. Sorry. 2/5. Let the down voting / brown nosing begin.
