If you want your unit have "Rasing" effect, you spam a unit and then you use "Rasing". But if you spam a unit immediately after using "Rasing", the unit will have this effect too. If you have Frei The Sky Princess and equips faatalty drink, you should use "transfer" and after that spam a unit immediately, and then "transfer" immediately.
