I believe this game was intended to be a small time consumer and fits that description perfectly. I support this game and hope to see the next Beta and/or official release with more content soon!
This game is fun. The only challenging part is probably the moment that you need to generate 100 food for the other camp. I just built up my energy asap and then used that energy for multiple farms.
The only thing that is bad about this game is that attacking the enemy base sends a huge mob of your enemy's best units at you which causes you to lose.
Runescape came out on january 4th, 2001 in Beta form for the public. World of Warcraft was on shelves November 3rd, 2004. To be honest, runescape is only lame because of the horrible community, but it should be in no way considered better than world of warcraft.
