How to get medium badge :
First, get arrow launcher and PANCOR jackhammer. The arrow launcher will help you get a lot of points due to the pincushion and headshot achievements, which unless you have horrible aim, will be really easy to get each time. Then, when enemies start to come in 2s and 3s, use the grenade dart and start jumping around and shooting at the enemy. They will blow up, and you will get a lot of "surprise inside" and " double kill"s from it. Use the PANCOR jackhammer to get out of dangerous situations. I got the achievement in only 5 minutes. (+) so more people know.
