Nice game! Really good twist to a rather boring category of game. It did take me a few turns to figure out what to press for the color changes, though. Good music, too!
Thanks for the comment!
As I said on another reply, since the idea was to make it for mobile, there wasn't time to add a proper tutorial for PC, but it's too late now :(
It'll be added after the competition ends though!
i was confused about movement, until the exit showed up within my view of my initial starting location. Trying to find the exit any other way was pretty much impossible.
Yeah that's why I chose that music, special thanks goes to the composer (Morktvras av Erebvsr from IndieGameMusic) for granting free license for freeware. Thanks for enjoying.
I got used to the click/double click rather quickly and found it to be a good way to navigate. Game really feels like it needs a lot more to really be a "game", but you do have a good base to work with.
One of the best "game in 10 days" games I have played so far... really neat story and interesting card properties during play. I'd like to see how this game develops outside of the 10-day contest!
well, it works without much issue, so there is that. However, there is little point other than trying to speed run each map. Thank you for putting in the time to get something in the contest, though!
yay! Retired early. I never even noticed the little kid was there until I decided to try and retire... heh. BTW, I won more money in the casino than i ever earned working as a blacksmith...
Hi!
After the contest casino plays will be limited, but we have a lot more other things to actually make money, so prices, earnings and a lot more things will be heavily revisited :) (A lot more maps like a mine will be included, with different levels, battle, etc. That's already being done right now :) )
This was indeed a fun game, but it did get really grindy. Whenever I have to resort to starting the game, then walking away, just to collect enough resources to eventually progress, it is time to re-think things.
So... the game works. Other than that, it is a real grind to get cards and upgrade them. The UI looks great and seems to run smoothly, but... I just don't see a point in playing this game beyond the sweepstake entry achievements.
