This game requires absolutely no skill. Penalties involve the computer getting cards wicked high in rating, and in general the computer gets all of the best cards. Screw this game. Seriously! It's a shame because the rest of your games are so good.
Honestly, the penalties are entirely due to the randomly shuffled deck - there is no bias towards the AI!
As for it not requiring skill - we disagree. Like all great card games, you need a bit of luck but there's definitely some skill in there (using your cards in the right order to draw out the best players from your opponent and judging the likelihood of them having a player to force penalties, for example...)
