Great initial game, just a few pointers:
* Change the controls a bit so that it is easier to steer (so much enemies, no control is bad)
* Different background every level
* Perhaps a variety of enemies
* Upgrades of some sort?
3/5 for concept.
Okay, another resident evil copy, anyways 3/5 [nice attempt], just want to highlight this:
* Should be able to assign nr's to bought weapons
* Make gameplay faster
* I haven't seen any bosses yet.
* Change of scenery perhaps?
This game has potential if you upgrade it enough.
Great game, but I miss a few things (3/5):
* difficulty setting
* more lives?
* playable specials
* why are the extra ships playable, but with marginal spec changes?
Overall: Amazing game, great gfx, high potential!
This is probably one of the better adventure games around on kongregate, though there are a few pointers why I rated this 4/5:
* Story is great, just takes alot?
* Better mapping, half the time I'm trying to find my way.
Overall: amazing job! Thumbs up. :)
Amazing game, definitely 4/5.
The reason why I didn't make it 5/5:
* Never, but never attack caravans! They're waaay too strong, and they do attend poca cosa. :(
* There should be an auto-save option to restart from last village attended.
* Introduce some motorcycles to the game? (I saw hummers so, why not bikes?)
I'm a huge fan of DTD and this is an amazing play on the genre.
As everyone says: needs enemy healthbar!
And perhaps a price bar on the upgrades.
Overall very nice: 4/5.
Where can you change your aim level? And I know it's been told before, but this is indeed waaay too slow. My PC (new) is almost freezing up on this. Special mode doesn't bring anything really new into the game. And S has no use for gameplay.
The upgrades cost more than said cost.
There are bogies you can't shoot even though you're infront of them and shooting. Gun upgrades should improve in power according to their price. Some bogies should be able to shoot back. No nukes? Is there no r2d2 upgrade? Player ship choice should be noticable in gameplay.
Overall okay game, but far from finished.
