This isn't really new. It's like a stripped down easier version of Canabalt. Also, once I hit 20-25 mph, I always jump over one wall but end up running into another way when I land, almost unavoidable.
Awesome game. You can tend to develop your own strategies along the way. For instance, once I have built up enough points, I will send 6 strong units to move forward, with several cheaper weaker units behind them. No matter what the unit, the bar above the screen moves the same length. It's too bad there were no large siege weapons to use or fortresses that you had to break through in order to conquer the land. Still, 5/5.
Oh yeah, does anybody else notice the expression on the cooks face from holding all the cakes? The more cakes he holds, the more painful expression his face has. Judging by the fact that he held 90 cakes with one hand, the cook must be pretty built.
I liked the game a lot, but there are several improvements you could make. For instance, when you're fighting hand to hand with spear militia or swordsmen, and you have to hit the keys at the right time, there is no penalty for hitting the wrong button, so you could technically just button mash all four direction keys instead of hitting them in correct order. Also, in some cases, taunting is overpowered, either that or the Norman's have their feelings hurt too easily. lol
I think that this game is awesome. It's like patapon, but I imagine that on a computer it would be much too laggish to perform rhythmic commands. Nice work! :D
Okay, EVERYBODY HAS SEEN THE SPONGEBOB HOUSE ON THE CORNER. There was even a comment about it that got voted up before, but was removed. Leave some serious comments, you're wasting Kongregate storage space.
Could somebody help me with this, or tell me how to find out? It seems that when I use the Griffin, I have better stats (eg: resistances are higher, some secondary stats are higher) but when I use the Zuu, which is a T4 creature, the stats aren't as high as they would be when I use the Griffin, a T3 creature. Could somebody please help me with this?
Okay, piwo, the map in the game is in no way supposed to be politically correct to that point in history. The map is created and sorted in a way that makes it more effective and interesting to play, just like Indonesia is listed as part of Australia in the World Map. Beside's, Poland was invaded by the Soviet Union in 1939, dividing Ukraine into different parts makes it easier to sort and play, and you are right about Scotland, but you have to relax a bit.
There's a glitch, and I don't know if it's been reported yet. If you insert your own custom name, no matter what it is, your name appears in the game as <-TEXTFORMAT.
Well, jaytee1996 is right. There are servers multiple times better than this for cheaper prices, and the game we're playing is Risk, which is copyright by Parker Brothers/Hasbro. However, there are differences, which means it can't be sued. :P However, I doubt he is wasting his money. Also, he has like, 500-600 Kreds? That's 50 bucks. I doubt he's spending it on himself in the lap of luxury. You should check out the exchange rates, jay, or did I miss some freakish inflation of every currency known to man?
FiredRobby, jaytee1996, COBRAws, you guys are saying this on September 4, 2010. His last login to Kongregate was on September 2, 2010. There's a pretty good chance that he hasn't seen your offer yet. As for grester, you sent files, but I don't know how you could have sent it pre-coded to Abalore. It could take a while to modify it to the game, check that map for bugs, etc, and maybe he just doesn't like the way the map is connected. You guys should have more faith. :P
I can't believe that some of these levels are permanent. I played a level with a falling platform beneath us that nobody even had the slightest chance of being able to complete. It was utter failure. Also, FIRST FTW! Eat it you pr2 nubs!
I can understand why you guys are trashing this game, but you have to think about the artwork he put into it, and the great concept. Technically, he made walking forward into a song, and he has some neat comics as well. There are some challenges, like the pyramid on level 2.
AtomicSponge's Quote: -December 6, 2009- Hey man, thanks a lot! I've actually, after nearly four years of inactivity, just started to get back into Flash again. So, while I certainly don't plan on updating this game... ever, I may make something completely new. We'll see. Thanks for the review! Cheers. -- He posted this comment on Newgrounds. Seems there won't be any full version. -try to keep his comment alive in the comments section here. Rate this high so it will stay up and people will know!
