Ok, I might be stupid. That or I'm seriously not noticing something.
So.. "G" to either give your companion or save him/her when they are grounded from zombie attacks, right? Well...doesn't seem to work for me..the saving bit. Then they are on the floor, I cannot target them or do anything of such. Pressing G repeatedly anywhere around them (even while crouching) doesn't seem to do anything either. Same with attempt at using medkits ects from the inventory. Is this a bug or amidoingitwrong ?
Yep..this might sound like making things too easy for people.
But I think it would be good idea to have basic weapon with infinite ammo. Knife or some sort of 'water-gun'.
Not sure about the others. But I'd suggest tuning down the sounds of some weapons.
Once I outfitted my craft with minigun (3 actually), the only salvation was the mute button.
Which is shame, since the BGM is really nice.
Few generic tips, for those wondering how to advance here.
1. I won't invent a wheel here, by saying- upgrade speed. The faster they prance around, the faster they'll gather.
2. Sight Range/Land Chunks- Those go in pair..with favor of land. In case you wouldn't know. After reaching certain amount of land. New stashes are added, those expand own power-up structures affecting general resource spawn rate.
3. When you got plenty of previous stats, invest more into life.
4. ????????
5. Prof~..! ..no no...just sit back and watch your little human ants working hard to die and spawn more souls.
Did You knew?
Stacked gravity is ghay.
Some regions in survival tends to spawn planets in such configuration, that once it will start pulling you..there will be no escape.
Infamous stage 10.
Here's how to pass it:
Connect two back cells to the one closest to the enemy. Wait for every cell to be fully charged.
Now here's the tricky part...send tentacle from the latter cell to the enemy..and rapidly cut off tentacles from both "back up" cells, repeat connect-cut as fast as you can for both cells.
General essence of the idea is to supply the furthest cell with constant energy to extend the tentacle past its max capability.
Feel free to vote up for others to see.
So what's the point of having all those weapons, if most of them are for ground target, and plenty of crawlers are immune to those, pushing us back to use basic machine gun?
It lacks only two things:
1. Loop build (aka auto) button for units.
2. "Transparent" base at vendetta time for AI, just like in first part of BNW. Why? So we won't need to pointlessly waste our army, which in the end, we will rebuild anyway.
Despite flaws, game have good points too, I don't see why so many people complain.
At any rate, it need badges. Like for getting all achievements, completing challenges/stages on epic and so.
A short survival guide for those that have problems with the game.
#1 Don't fight needless battles. If the monster isn't guarding something you really need, don't bother with it.
#2 At each level locate and prioritize your targets. For me it's Escape Wings -> Artefacts -> Gems -> chests with spells (If you have eye of wealth to see those)
#3 If it's getting too hard, just Escape Wing from the game and start over. To get more gems and artefacts on the same way.
Remember it makes you start from second to last deepest shop you reached. Which always happens to be at X9 level. Don't want to raise the difficulty? Warp at X8
This is one of those games with puzzling concept, and aura that draws you to it, the more you play.
Some of the logical riddles were really funny there...
I mean human + dinosaur = dinosaur + blood?
Hilarious.
What else I can say? It was and is very nice game..I would really wish to encourage You to make the mentioned next episode or so :)
