Everything fully upgraded, got the max speed possible. Heading towards Santa and get a bullseye. Amazing damage. Next round? Used up my damage item, so now it's back to 7% again. Which is extremely annoying. -_- 3/5 for creating a literally undefeatable boss, and for not allowing for multiple replays on levels so that tough opponents can be overcome more effectively with good training.
Alright... I see no reason why this should even be called a game. In a sense, this is just a programmed, randomly generated movie that I'm watching. No control of the character or the world around it, no upgrades, no... anything that would make this a game. The only thing it is useful for is watching, and hoping, that some sort of options exist somewhere. You say "sorry about all these game-breaking issues" well, I'd say it's pretty game breaking that this isn't, well, a playable game. 2/5, only because I suspect there was some actual programming behind this non-game "game"
Also, don't call it an RPG. A role playing game is where you take on the role of someone and make choices, and progress your character. In this game, all we get is some icon that upgrades itself that we have no control over. We aren't playing a role, we're watching one of several different movies.
Something isn't working for me, it says you can gain health by rescuing people, but when I do, it doesn't give me any health at all. No matter how low my health is.
The series will continue up to 8 or 9 weeks, and as you spiral into insanity the gameplay will definitely become more interesting. Thanks for your comment!
I ended up having to stop playing this game because I couldn't play it while talking to my girlfriend... I was far too focused on listening to the music while shooting xD It's a fairly decent game now that my laptop works well enough to use it. I definitely like how the game rewards players even when they fail for how long they lasted in the level. However, I'd have to say that so far, it kind of seems that there should be actual upgrades to purchase, instead of automatic ones, since choosing an upgrade better fits a person's playing style. Other than that, solid game. 4/5
I'm having an issue currently. The first level you go on is when you fight this big ship-looking thing that is pink and... orangish yellow. You shoot it, and it doesn't shoot you. Yet nothing else happens. How can you defeat it without bullets to regain shooting energy?
Traditionally, you are supposed to regain 100% MP and HP when you level up. In this game, you do not. Which is disappointing. Also there's not much of a sense of customization, since you have to choose one path and stick with it.
i personally don't like how you can't move your armies for more than one country. For example, a 100 unit army should be able to wipe out four 6-unit countries easy, but can only handle one at a time in this game. Still, fairly decent
