Okay, so there is no way to "idle" and either I'm missing something or there is just no way to win this. 28-34 days no matter what I do different. I like that it's challenging, but there's only so much replay value in something like this, and the annoyance/aggravation factor is throwing that little bit of value right out the window.
I don't like chrome browser, and thus can't play the game because nothing happens with the controls. Also, would most likely not play long anyway due to the scrolling small sized window.
Sideboard for employees would be pretty helpful. I got aggravated with the fact that to promote my employees, or set them to one floor, I had to look all over the place and try to click them between customers etc. Was extremely annoying, so I'm done here. Good luck.
Like others have stated, tutorial is long and boring. I personally had another issue with the tutorial, in that it wanted me to click things on the bottom that was cut off the screen. I give up, better luck on your next game.
I'm glad Kong made a badge of the day for this game. I have played it a few times in the past but I didn't know about the prequel coming out. Now I know, and I'm definitely looking forward to it. Some of the levels were a bit difficult to get through, but it's more about the story than the levels anyway. I hope the prequel is half as good as this, and it will be awesome. This is the ONLY game on Kong I ever rated a 5/5. It is well deserving and quite shocked that the rating is only 4.38, it should be the only game on Kong with a 5.0 rating!
I should also clarify that it wont only not let me close that, but I cant click anywhere in the game either, not even chat. Might want to fix that before other new players who come feel like I do and don't come back.
I tried to play, but the tutorial is broken. After I made my first store it gave me a reward but the tutorial went back to making the first store. No way to close it, so I can't even wing it! I won't be back.
I don't think I'll stick around after reading some of the forums and the little bit of play I've experienced. However, two things that made me instantly want to leave was the game screen don't fit in my browser(firefox) it is way too tall and when doing basically anything in the game it seems to lag by 3 seconds or more. This is NOT on my end, and I've seen others complaints about the timers finishing and then bam, 3 seconds more. Also, as someone else stated things don't seem to refresh as they should(probably has to do with that lag, which makes one wonder what that lag is). I am actually skeptical of playing because that may be phishing or something going on causing the lag. Anyhow, resize so it fits(I have no toolbars or anything and its WAY too big) and try to pinpoint the cause of the lag and it might not be too bad.
After third refresh and waiting another 10 mins or so it loaded to 90% then seemed to stop loading again... would like to rate 0 for my troubles and wasted time.
I cant get past 64% loaded... waited 20 mins first time, and now been waiting about 5 mins... about to give up. Brand new $1,100 laptop just bought less than a week ago so not on my end.
Being on a computer older than a year old you may as well not bother trying as the mouse lags so bad you can't even pass the first lvl on "easy". Trying a few times has made a bone in my hand hurt(broke it about 13 years ago) so if you've ever had a broken bone in your hand this is probably a bad idea.
If you look closely, you can see space between you and the object it claims you crashed into. The damn tank should be able to take a little bit of damage man, come on. It's not made out of paper mache, or is it?
