Why... Did you remove the ability to make your own Civ? It was THE reason I played this game. Because I could make my own Civ and sorta mold it the way I wanted to. Now it's just ''Choose your pre-determined faction''. At the VERY least let us ALSO make our own Civ as well as choosing any of the pre-existing ones.
Yea the only thing that you need to do here is make things increasingly more insane and fantasy-esc. maybe with some special boss fishes that are based on isopods or something that actually come above the water and shoots water bullets at you or something. I dunno but all you need to do here is just make things, more, mental. And you'll have no problem getting this game to stick.
For sure, having a lot of enemies and then mix and matching them for combat would definitely make the player have to think and react more. I really like the isopod idea, they can be like whack a mole enemies where they aren't vulnerable til they pop up. Thanks for the feedback!
Man I wish I could just push a button and have my computer automatically get faster and stronger without having to pull it apart and put it back together.
Please add quality buttons so I can desample the game a bit. It's lagging a bit too hard when there's lots of things going on and since the turret AI is tired to the FPS they lose a LOT of effective power when my frames dip.
Turrets are frame independent I've cleared wave 1400 on 15 fps (with like x50 speed while testing something). Perhaps try the new bullet visibility option
Oof. Very rough around the edges. This is definitively a game that CAN be worked up to something real good. But for the moment it is simply too... Too clunky for me to enjoy it.
Here's a tip for any newbie or veteran who's playing this game: Play the game in it's ''sped up'' state normally to train your brain to function normally in that mode. And use the ''normal time'' as a slowmo!
Huge buttons designed for phones. ''Tap to start'' Instead of just a menu or click to start. Massively stained with mircotransactions... Yeah this is 100% a mobile port. Goodbye call me back when you've made an actual game.
There should be a bonus to the speed at which things are researched and how fast you get research points based on how much mineral you have. It would only make logical sense that minerals could be studied for faster research production values. Right now they're ONLY used in missions, nothing else. It makes the whole ''Asteroid mining'' aspect of the game just a drag that is a requirement for one thing in the game to progress.
