I'm really enjoying this game, although there are some suggestions I'd like to make.
First, with the change to make the prestige upgrades progressive, the runesmith needs ways to handle the larger amounts better. Either higher value buttons, or even just buttons like 'Max' or '10% of max'.
Second, I'd like to see the option for auto level advancement have some sort of option to turn it off automatically at either a user specified level, or when you reach the first level with an unkilled VIP. That way, after presitging, you can let it auto run without worrying about it passing a level where you want to be in manual control.
Finally, I feel like the game starts to get a little samey at some point. I think that it could use some sort of long term goals other than to just build up your stats to reach higher level numbers. I'm not sure what that would look like, but I think it needs some sort of motivation to continue playing at the highest levels other than just trying to push higher.
Thanks for the feedback. I will see if I can do something to stop auto starting on VIP levels, that could be useful if people are just letting the game run through the levels on its own..
The runesmith max button is in today's update. Also the factory I added today is an attempt to add some more interesting gameplay for the higher levels when there are no more buildings left.
Completed the game, but high score list only shows 179 completed. Not that big of a deal by itself, but could prevent a game complete badge from being awarded if one is ever added.
You are right, I made the (really stupid) mistake of sending the score before updating it at the end of the levels... It'll be fix in the next update, thanks for the feedback :)
Although this game could use some tweaking, it was pretty fun even as is. If no further development is going to happen, I think you should just release it from beta status. There are games in worse shape out there.
I saw a suggestion of having a x50 option for the quantity. I think a better idea would be to have one setting buy the amount needed to reach the next trophy.
A checkbox to lock the stash and go back to the old behavior of selling the newest clovers would be nice. It's not something you'd probably leave on permanently, but would be great for stopping the clovers from scrolling while you're trying to grab a specific one to move it to a breeder.
I like the game in general, but I think it still does need a fair amount of tweaking. The most interesting part of the game is the systems, but at the same time I'm pretty sure that it is suboptimal to pay any attention to them. I feel like just building your wealth and science investments up, and then building as many truth buildings as possible, followed by an unfold after the multiplier gets high enough, and then starting the process all over again is the optimal strategy, even though it's not as fun.
