If you didn't notice, it's to tell people which IDE to use. IF you bothered visiting Codeblocks.org, you'd know that there is a regular one, and one with the MINGW suite in it. I originally downloaded the regular one, and it screwed me for months. I don't want that to happen to my readers, which is why I didn't immediately jump into coding.
If you aren't getting the medium badge, don't exit the challenge level. If you do, your score won't be counted. Just let the time run out. Too bad that only a few people will see this...
