If you are wondering, this bares a very large resemblance to the story of Odysseus (Correct me if I am wrong) but it ends differently, in the myth Odysseus fought his way through hell(true to this) and once he met up with Satan, Satan agreed that as long as he made it back to the world of the living without looking back, his lover's soul would follow him up. However unlike this, right before Odysseus reached the world of the living, he looked back just to make sure that she was following him. Just as he looked back she left and went back into hell.
However this story has a happier ending =)
