Can you use a custom deck in an Arch duel? I can't seem to figure out how.

The reason they starve to death so fast is because they lay 6 eggs a second. What is with penguins? They try to fly, eat turtles, and build castles? I miss the good old days where they just huddles in the cold and ate fish. :(
