Fin and simple. Not a unique idea, though it has already been said. I have to agree with Aestheticrebel, the game is pretty ugly. I would suggest changing the graphics to something a little less "cutesy" maybe. Other than that, not bad, works well as far as I can tell, 4/5.
It was fun, though in the later levels (like, maybe 6 and on, but worse the higher you go) it just becomes a matter of clicking anywhere on the screen for an auto win.

Maybe try adding a "new spin" to it? People here (if you are indeed making it FOR Kongregate) like RPG elements added to games, something like you get EXP for matching fruits (maybe change the fruit to monsters?) and you buy specials/powerups/ect... I don't know, just some random suggestions. : )
