For anyone that's wondering there's a formula for determining the number of Angel Investors (AI) you get. It is 150*sqrt(All time cash earned in Quadrillions)
Eg, if you've earned $100Quadrillion, you're eligible for 150*sqrt(100)=1500 AIs :)
