Why cant I craft a "Shank"? It says it needs a hide and iron ore so I tried crafting it but nothing pops out saying "You crafted a shank",did I did something wrong?/someone fix that bug

They should like add an item stack system so we keep more inventory space and will not get dizzy about clicking numbers if hp is getting very low
