Wow. This is irritating. I bet it's just this keyboard... it is taking too much effort to spell correctly, stupid buttons don't press. Nice game, wishing I could play. 5/5
Psionic is hardest - you only get 1 interrupt and you don't get an enemy debuff. Juggernaut's pretty easy, but I liked the Engineer better for the quick interrupt.
So, I get thrown into a pit of fireworks with a single ship to control. ...Well, I made it, but tutorial needs improvement. Also, all the colors were irritating. 4/5
Nice concept, well-executed. I had trouble figuring out what I needed to type for #11, and some of the extreme levels did not look like what I would imagine them to be. (apple, plane, tack)
The game is too easy with two archers, just block the entire time and wait for them to kill everything. Mounted units are incredibly easy, stand and block two attacks, then follow them and do forward whirlwinds until they die. However, my main problem is being overwhelmed, and of course being stuck on the hard side of the map. Although, this is much better than Achilles due to purchases and more backgrounds. However, purchases don't help as much as I'd like them to, and attack instructions are confusing. I rate 5/5 for being much much better than Achilles, and actually possible.
Glitch - sometimes, anemones get stuck on the reef and never fade away. I quit the reef and the anemones were still on the screen, on the start menu. I hit aquarium mode again and the anemones were still there.
No tutorial kinda hurt. I sat at the volcano map for several minutes before discovering the strategy in the comments. Nice art, good concept, 4/5. A short tutorial and a better aquarium mode (several maps, enemies on/off) would bring that to 5/5.
I got to level 40 or so of Normal and lost. Maybe I'm just bad at tower defenses. Anyway, nothing new or interesting here, just a typical tower defense. Plus, there's no menu button. 2/5
@kyler_skye: the instant after you press the spacebar, you can fire. You don't even have to wait for the dimensions to fully shift before shifting back.
I've played through 43 over 20 times, can't do it; sometimes the game crashes, and sometimes it won't let me use my Touch of Doom Spell (either through the spacebar menu or the bottom left menu). These bring the rating down to 4/5.
