also...some achievements require no skill at all...electrocute 5 people...on a stage where the only way to kill the 5 victims...is with eletricity...

I could be less random...this seems more like a lucky game than a strategy one...you can rule with a 35+rifle with a bar...or you can get 4 9- soldiers and don't last 2 minutes... without say those artilery
