if im correct, theres a typo at the beginning. It says "when you die, you return to the last inn you visited....[stat quest]. im sure thats suppose to say start quest
went with paladin/warrior...was quite easy and short for me. The stun + wisdom aura +resurrect/heal meant that i finished pretty much 90% of the game on full hp and mp and fury strike kills bosses like noones business.
flamethrowers rock, if u can't beat a lvl cauz they're ranged, then go flame with that shield and spawn ur guys just before they reach ur side so u get maximum flame dmg and minimum enemy fire
ok so the lava thing, its there. Another thing i noticed is steam+water. If u make a falling line of water and then add a rising line of steam, the steam creates a barrier where the water cant then fall through until the steam condenses. Although this makes some awesome waterfall patterns, it does seem wacky that steam can somehow magically hold up tonnes of water. (same with if u make water fall onto lava). but its amazing how many awesome looking patterns you cant make with just a screen full of different colored pixels
first thing i thought after i finished...super metroid on gba, almost exactly the same gameplay, but with a little twist in plot. Not that i minded, i thought it was an overall interesting experience that leaves me with the "i want more" feeling. However, there were parts of the game that i felt were a bit empty and put me off playing slightly. like i just couldn't be bothered anymore, such as when i went into the red area and was like omg, more areas....
ok this isnt a bad game but there are some serious flaws. firstly i can pass most of the levels with 20%hp left on normal speed but i cant even survive the first few lvls on triple speed. Thats just stupid and a total waste of time. Secondly, once u get to wave 7-8 of a lvl, its impossible to lose. I've ended rounds with 20k points left to go because i have no use for it. Thirdly, the only tower u need is the first tower. just line the wall with them and they die before they even get halfway around the maze. all in all, makes the game not worth replaying or sitting thru. On lvl 16 btw and i just cbf sitting through this anymore
umm im not sure if this is a bug but when you upgrade a unit, the bonuses of the items are incorrectly stated, it'll revert back to the default amount of attack/defence/attack speed/etc until you take the hat of. Some on my units also got 1 more hp when i clicked the right or left button for changing hats
