Towers upgrade cost increase, but the gain does not. A red tower costs 15g for 2 dmg, the first upgrade costs 20 and give 2 more dmg, second upgrade costs 50g (!) and give another 2 dmg. This is bad - it is thus better to build many level 1 turrents before upgrading. However the creep's health increase much more than you are able to build, and the gold you get does not increase in proportion.
It does seem like you've gone for simplicity, and that is good, but the first step before doing anything else is to balance tower damage/cost with creep health/reward. Then add graphics and features.
The coolant system is worthless - you can just fire a second or two before it overheats... You cannot shoot the parachute guys while they're coming down, but they spam rockets at you.
This is a clone of an old Amiga game, but I forget the name... You could destroy buildings in the background and choose fromn good weapon upgrades.
Controls are laggy and/or unresponsive. Needs more weapons and upgrades.
And please let there be an option to mute!

Balance turrents and creeps!
It's an interesting mix of features - shop and inventory is very cool. The puzzle bit is also good, but that takes alot of focus away from the TD part.
Heh, a friend walked by as I played this and asked if the girl was picking upp cat-poo. :)
The really amazing part of that, was that he managed to get a look of the screen during the 30 seconds the game lasted!
More platforming, and more minigames, and this could be interesting!
Tic-tac-toe is a very simple principle. If you know the rules and the logical moves, you can never loose. The hard part is this instance of the game would have been to make the AI dumb rather than smart... ;)
If you die by falling into water/hole, you respawn and fall straight into the same hole again.
Very shallow, no sense of achievement as all weapons drop randomly.
Meh.
